Us |
Woody is a singer/songwriter/storyteller. He plays lots of "storyteller" songs in the tradition of Grateful Dead lyricist Robert Hunter, Robert Earl Keen, and Marty Robbins.
Woody started his musical career as a drummer in a Western Swing band called Full Swing Ahead, playing with people like Bob Egan from Canada's premier rock band, Blue Rodeo and Marty Muse who is now playing with the Robert Earl Keen band. He has since also learned many other instruments including guitar, mandolin, and bass guitar and is starting to write many original songs in addition to doing many cover tunes. |
