FanManager.net founder, Erik Koral has been involved with grassroots promotion, guerilla marketing, online marketing, and street team management for the last six years. In 2000 he started working in the music business as a personal hobby, promoting local Los Angeles bands and offering his "fan managing" services to nationally touring bands coming through Southren California. Erik has also done promotion for House of Blues, House of Blues Club Network and Club 1650 in Hollywood.
In 2001 Erik was hired to design and print press kits for veteran rock band WAR. Also that same year, he was hired by nationally touring jam-band sensation Particle as their Promotions Manager. He has helped them manage and expand their street team to over 2500 members in just a few years time. In addition, Erik is responsible for designing press kits, writing press releases, creating marketing campaigns, working with club promoters, and coordinating web-based promotion.
Erik soon formed FanManager Marketing & Promotions in March of 2005. FanManager has added Infected Mushroom, The Doors, G. Love & Special Sauce, Karl Denson Trio, The Marshall Tucker Band, Blu Sirkut, Everyone Orchestra, Hidden Beach Recordings, Tribaljazz with John Densmore, Mickey Hart, The Rhythm Devils, The Mutaytor, Steve Kimock Band/ZERO, ALO, Stephen Perkins, Delta Nove, and Big Organ Trio to the roster of exciting new clients. FanManager has also teamed up with Omotion.net to promote artists using the next generation of web marketing tools. |
